As your personal yoga instructor, I will develop a practice that caters directly to your needs. As we work together, you will begin to feel more ease in your body and more relaxed in your
mind. Plus, you will have one-on-one support and accountability as we work towards your health goals.
Traditionally yoga was taught one-on-one. This is because everyone is unique. Poses are modified or adapted to meet the needs of the individual, and certain cues are emphasized for different
body, mental, and emotional types.
I will work with you 1-3 times per week to help you develop, maintain, and deepen a yoga practice that is tailored to your needs. I teach in the style of traditional Hatha Yoga with
influences from the martial arts. With my background as a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner, I help you not only in your postures, but also with breathing exercises, visualization and
meditation techniques, and diet and lifestyle habits to support your daily routine.
With guidance, accountability, and an individualized plan you can look and feel like your best self.
