About Alexandra

I STAND FOR trusting the in-between and being a self-expressed introvert and empath.

Can’t start a fire without a spark

(Bruce Springsteen)

I believe life is a dance between Doing and Being. Being guided, expressing ourselves and letting it all unfold.

Since childhood, I have always felt happiest partaking and learning in communities while passing on my knowledge to help others. Having dealt with many health issues, I searched for healing beyond the obvious by connecting the dots between internal and external: ancient healing methods, food rhythms, body practices, and meditative reflections through music, art and nature. My primary tools to stay balanced have become self-expression and -application and Coming Home to the Here and Now

It is, therefore, no coincidence that my professional career has brought me to assist others to be healed, find contentment and find the Loving Presence of Being.
