Fast, slow, rhythmic or spiritual-meditative.
But what does yoga mean to you personally?
When practicing, we look for the form in order to understand something. The concept - the language of the body, breath. That gives us control. Just like meditating, when there is a guide, we find being still easier.
The longer you meditate or practice yoga, the more the question of free self-expression arises.
What happens when I pay attention to the inner and outer vibrations?
How do I move then? And why should I want to express myself freely (physically)?
Freedom for all starts with us. In our body. Being able to move freely means understanding again what we ourselves desire and need. We are controlled less by others - at least where it is possible. We come home to ourselves, to our body and consequently also to our mind.
Homecoming through movement is a game with the familiar (yoga exercises - meditation - breathing observations) and being guided into free expression. It is like meditative dancing.
The Vedic rituals that will flow into the lessons again and again are the bridge between you and the higher consciousness.
When the divine expresses itself through you, then your movements (free or with form) become your yoga.
I have been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1994 and have been teaching since 2000. Tantric Yoga and Ayurvedic knowledge have given me new access to the body and mind and my self-expression.
I would like to offer you this.
To trust yourself, to find yourself anew and to initiate presence through movement.
